About us

Our Board of Directors

Vivedus Pty Ltd is a for-profit company owned by shareholders.The company currently has four Directors, all of whom are seed funders for Vivedus. Paul Browning is the Managing Director and the company secretary. While Vivedus is a for-profit company, 10% of profits are being donated to the work of the Blue Knot Foundation
Lance Hockridge
Director and Chairman
Lance is a globally-experienced manufacturing, logistics and transportation executive. He is a former non-executive director of Huawei Technologies (Australia); Deputy Chairman of Long-Term Asset Partners (LTAP); as well as holding a number of not-for-profit positions.
Paul Browning
Managing Director
Paul is one of Australia’s best-known names in education, having led two large independent schools for over 25 years. He was recognised as the Australian non-government Principal of the year in 2018, was awarded the ACELQ Miller-Grassie Award for outstanding leadership in education and in 2024 an OAM for his service to education. Paul’s work in educational innovation and in trust and leadership has been globally recognised and is helping school leaders to transform their schools into places fit for the 21st century. Paul is an entrepreneur and innovator in education. His vision led to the birth of Vivedus.
Grant Ohara
Director
Grant is an entrepreneur. He is an owner of Voltin, an internationally award-winning Artificial Intelligence building inspection software business. He is also the owner of disAbility Equip Online and Strategy1st, a Strategic Planning consultancy firm.
Nathan Belling
Director
Nathan is the Founder and CEO of LC Investments, a boutique project management and investment firm that specialises in land subdivision, commercial property and private funding. He also mentors other founders, CEOs and business owners to help them unlock and realise their potential.
