First and foremost, working with our first Torchbearer team has been an inspiring and rewarding experience. The Torchbearer Program is designed to set school leadership teams up for success as they prepare to become a Vivedus school. It covers our methodology, leadership, and change management strategies, preparing the Torchbearers to navigate the transformations necessary to enhance learning and truly Take Learning Beyond. Seeing these senior leaders go on the journey and embrace the challenge has been rewarding.
We’re also thrilled to announce that we’ve received our first signed contract with a school—a huge moment for us as a team! This contract represents a significant step in our mission to support schools in adopting innovative and sustainable approaches to education. We’re excited about what this partnership will bring and look forward to more schools joining us on this journey.
Our conversations with schools and partners continue, including exciting discussions with prospects in Scotland, New York, and France. These global connections have enriched our understanding of diverse educational needs, helping us ensure that our platform supports schools worldwide in meaningful ways.
On the development side, our team is gearing up to start work on the next major addition to our platform: the Professional Growth and Progression Module. This module will empower teachers to take control of their professional journey, providing tools to track goals, reflect on their practice, and align their development with national teaching standards. We can’t wait to see how this module will support educators in their growth.
Beyond these major milestones, it’s the meaningful conversations we’ve had along the way that have been truly enriching. Every interaction with educators and school leaders is helping us refine our approach, making sure we’re meeting the real needs of schools as we continue to learn and adapt.
Lastly, we’re eagerly anticipating our first-ever webinar on the 15th of October. Titled “Reimagining Assessment: An Alternative Perspective Embracing AI in Schools,” this event will feature our Head of Research and Development, Gabrielle Kempton. Gabrielle will explore how schools can innovate their assessment practices in response to AI advancements. We hope to see many of you there as we continue to engage with the education community and share our vision for the future.
As always, thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to work alongside educators and partners in the pursuit of meaningful change in education.
