This Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) outlines the standards and expectations for users of the Vivedus SaaS Platform to ensure its secure, lawful, and effective use.

This policy applies to all users of the Vivedus SaaS Platform, including but not limited to teachers, school administrators, and staff who access or manage platform resources.
3. Acceptable Use
Users of the Vivedus SaaS Platform must:
- Use the platform solely for its intended educational and administrative purposes.
- Ensure that all information entered is accurate, appropriate, and relevant to their role.
- Protect login credentials and ensure secure access to the platform.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and school policies regarding data privacy and security.
- Report any security vulnerabilities, data breaches, or inappropriate use of the platform to the designated administrator immediately.
4. Unacceptable Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vivedus SaaS Platform:
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
- Sharing or distributing sensitive or confidential school, student, or staff information without proper authorisation.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or restricted areas of the platform.
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates any applicable policies or laws.
- Introducing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code that could compromise platform security.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes or personal gain that is not related to school or professional development activities.
5. Data Privacy and Security
Users are responsible for:
- Keeping their account credentials secure and not sharing them with others.
- Adhering to data protection policies related to personal and school information.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
6. Monitoring and Compliance
Vivedus reserves the right to monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with this policy. Any violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy may result in:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of access to the platform.
- Notification to school administrators and relevant authorities.
- Legal action if necessary.
7. Amendments and Updates
